WHO WE ARE
Engineering and Research Leaders of Tomorrow (ERLOT), is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We work to find diverse perspectives on various scientific challenges and encourage students to pitch and create potential solutions to questions even scientists in the field today have. It is learning about ideas, no matter smart, or silly, or wild, that fuels us to keep on learning and asking questions every day.
WHAT WE DO
Engineering and Research Leaders of Tomorrow is dedicated to bringing the principles of real scientific research to elementary and middle school students. We organize in person, and now, virtual online programs to go into depth on various topics with motivated students across the globe including students from the local low-income neighborhoods to help them pursue an interest in STEM.
